What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of large-scale ML systems.
• Define and drive technical strategy and best practices for ML system design.
• Mentor and guide other engineers in the ML engineering organization.
• Partner with product, research, and infra teams to translate business goals into ML architectures.
• Drive innovation and prototyping in semantic search and generative AI.
• Establish standards for system evaluation and ensure consistent application.

Requirements

• Experience in machine learning and AI technologies.
• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python.
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval frameworks.
• Knowledge of transformer models and evaluation methodologies for generative AI.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
