Salary: $105,000 – $130,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of client projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Drive accountability for milestones (design, build, testing, go-live, post-go-live support).
- Serve as a main point of contact for client project teams facilitating communication between stakeholders.
- Assist with solution scoping and SWAG estimates for new workflows or integrations.
- Coordinate with Platform Architects, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to ensure seamless handoffs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in project management, ideally within healthcare IT, consulting, or health system operations.
- Strong track record managing EMR-related projects (Cerner, Epic, Oracle Health, or similar).
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in implementations, upgrades, or workflow automation.
- Strong PM fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk, change management).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment.
Nice to have
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or process improvement training.
