What you will do

• Own requisitions end-to-end, from intake to offer close.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to guide candidate evaluations and intakes.
• Track and improve interview velocity and time-to-fill metrics.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience through effective coordination.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance recruitment processes and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing, pitching, and closing skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with hiring managers.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability settings.
