What you will do
- Actively develop and pursue sales opportunities for DLP transformation, secureGen AI and insider risk mitigation projects.
- Work with key stakeholders within the account management teams to implement the strategic plan though an effective sales engagement process.
- Provide accurate and ongoing financial forecasting that meets both short-term and long-term growth goals.
- Work closely with customers to ensure all business and technical requirements are met.
- Work with existing customers in the region to generate awareness, create value, and position hirify.global as the vendor of choice for securing their data.
- Help support a culture of accountability and fun.
Requirements
- Having successfully sold data loss prevention or related technologies in the past will really help you.
- A mindset of owning the process, proactively driving opportunities for data security to completion.
- Strategic Planning: Provide a long-term plan for the growth of the region which will guide all monthly and quarterly activities.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to ensure all business and technical requirements are met.
- Effective channel engagement mindset driving scale and growth through indirect sales motions.
- Successful track record of growing the French, Spanish and Italian enterprise market with leading technological and security solutions.
- English: Fluent and French required, any additional language is a significant advantage.
