What you will do

• Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and drive product direction.
• Work full-stack to own features end-to-end.
• Build scalable, high-quality systems while solving complex technical challenges.
• Continuously improve our codebase, infrastructure, and development practices.
• Contribute to technical leadership by driving architectural decisions and shaping engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience as an IC.
• Strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems.
• Write high-quality code and value software testing.
• Startup mindset: you’re resourceful, adaptable, and not afraid of ambiguity.
• Able to work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT.
