Product Engineer (Web3): Building foundational tools in the cryptocurrency space and working across the stack to own features end-to-end, from early exploration and prototyping to implementation, launch, and ongoing iteration with an accent on DeFi intelligence product that informs users where to make the most return for staking their crypto. Focus on complex logic, blockchain integration, and system complexity.

Location: Must be based in United States or Canada

Salary: $146,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and drive product direction.
• Work full-stack to own features end-to-end - from early exploration and prototyping to implementation, launch, and ongoing iteration.
• Build scalable, high-quality systems while solving complex technical challenges in performance, architecture, and reliability.
• Continuously improve codebase, infrastructure, and development practices - balancing speed with quality through well-tested code and thoughtful trade-offs.
• Contribute to technical leadership by driving architectural decisions, shaping engineering standards, and helping grow the team through interviewing and improving the hiring process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience as an IC.
• Have strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems.
• Write high-quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.
• Have a startup mindset: you’re resourceful, adaptable, and not afraid of ambiguity.
• Enjoy learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies to stay at the cutting edge.
• Able to work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT.
