What you will do

• Strategically manage tools and processes to support product development objectives.
• Design, implement, and manage configurations for development tools, including workflows and permissions.
• Monitor and fine-tune tool and system performance for optimal functionality.
• Manage user access and permissions to maintain data integrity and security.
• Establish and document standard operating procedures for tool usage.
• Facilitate expert-level support, including training sessions, to ensure effective tool utilization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in development tools administration, with expertise in custom configuration and integration of Atlassian tools.
• Leadership experience in managing tools and processes within a product development organization.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with AI tools, AWS, Databricks, Power BI, JIRA Align, Jenkins, and Test Rails.
• Excellent skills in relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
