What you will do
- Define and document current state processes through detailed process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Lead workshops aimed at process optimization and enhancing customer experience.
- Create agile user stories and manage project timelines throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Gather and obtain sign-off on business requirements from stakeholders.
- Establish solution technical design in collaboration with the Automation and AI Manager.
- Manage documentation to support vendor development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience in creating functional workflow diagrams and testing plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated to learn about UI Path and grow in the automation space.
