What you will do
- Manage a team of 7 to 9 Account Managers to enhance client relationships.
- Coach Account Managers to establish trusted advisor relationships.
- Oversee the sales lifecycle to ensure visibility and predictability.
- Maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, and partners.
- Meet and exceed team upsell opportunities.
- Guide timely resolution of escalated sales-related issues.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of account management experience in the software industry.
- 3+ years of management experience in the software industry.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Natural leadership skills and ability to mobilize teams.
- Good understanding of Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
