Requirements
- Proven leadership skills and experience in people management.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript with ReactJS, or Rust.
- Experience in project management and delivering initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Motivated to tackle ambiguous problems and drive solutions.
