Salary: $203,000 to $239,000 (San Francisco, CA) or $172,000 to $202,000 (Denver, CO)

What you will do
- Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Review client portfolios and communicate upgrades or other opportunities that may benefit them.
- Work closely with Client Support and Customer Success to maintain customer health and identify risk.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business or marketing (preferred).
- At least 3 years of proven sales or account management experience.
- High technical aptitude and clear communication skills.
- A mathematical approach to pricing and proposal positioning.
- Strong time management skills and project prioritization.
- Skills in customer relationship management, proposal writing, and portfolio management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM software, and Outreach.
