What you will do
- Drive the B2B Sales Operations function from the ground up as an individual contributor
- Design and implement scalable sales processes including HubSpot management and pipeline management
- Create reporting and analytics systems for sales funnel metrics and revenue forecasting
- Implement and manage sales tech stack including CRM and sales enablement tools
- Partner closely with B2B Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to support GTM strategy
- Optimize sales cycle efficiency to improve win rates and increase average deal size
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B environment
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and customer lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards
- Proven experience with sales planning and compensation design
