Location: Must be based in Kraków and work from the office twice a week (Tuesday and Wednesday).

What you will do

• Explore solutions, analyze application behavior, and identify improvements in planning logic and data presentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and explain application functionality.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
• Maintain and improve existing applications, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and follow best practices including automated testing.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for production systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Java and React, ideally full-stack, or strong backend with good frontend skills.
• Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with RDS, Spring, Hibernate (including query optimization).
• Delivered complex projects with high adaptability.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with CI/CD processes.
• Ability to use AI coding assistants such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude.
