Customer Onboarding Specialist

TL;DR

Customer Onboarding Specialist: Responsible for the initial implementation and onboarding of new customer accounts with an accent on account connections, integration fulfillment, and tailored team trainings. Focus on resolving customer issues, monitoring customer usage, and building new processes to ensure the successful completion of new customer implementation.

Location: Must be available and willing to work onsite at our Guatemala City office location

Salary: Q10,600 monthly base.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact during the first 30 days of a new customer's experience.
• Coordinate all account connections, including product and integration-related tasks.
• Ensure product adoption through various outreach methods and health scoring of accounts.
• Conduct full-team trainings for all locations in every account, covering best practices.
• Coordinate and respond to client issues.
• Build new processes and work with different departments to create a smooth implementation experience.

Requirements

• Must speak fluent English
• Must be available and willing to work onsite at our Guatemala City office location (we anticipate an office by Jan/Feb 2025)
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer onboarding/implementation role (in SaaS is a plus)
• A bachelor's degree in business or similar field.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Experience communicating directly with clients.

• Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.
