What you will do
- Work directly with partners to conceptualize and execute high-impact activation campaigns
- Develop multi-layered strategic marketing plans with long-term impact
- Leverage partner customer bases to create mutually beneficial value propositions
- Build business cases to quantify ROI on proposed campaigns
- Collaborate with product, brand, and growth teams to integrate partnerships
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to iterate and improve
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, strategic partnerships or business development roles
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to turn ideas into actionable partnerships
- Commercial mindset and experience building and presenting business cases
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to complex projects
