TL;DR

Customer Activation Manager (Enterprise): Implementing hirify.global’s products for newly-closed enterprise customers with an accent on project management, customer relationships, and communication skills. Focus on ensuring no unnecessary delays in the implementation process and driving initial product utilization.

Location: New York, NY (HQ), San Francisco, CA, Miami, FL, Washington, D.C., Remote (US), Remote (Canada)

Salary: $115K – $212.5K

hirify.global is a financial operations platform designed to save companies time and money, combining payments, corporate cards, vendor management, procurement, travel booking, and automated bookkeeping with built-in intelligence.

What you will do

  • Project manage the implementation and onboarding of new hirify.global Enterprise customers.
  • Execute successful launches of the hirify.global platform across Enterprise accounts in partnership with Account Executive and Technical Consulting teams.
  • Act as a strategic consultant, guiding customers through hirify.global setup and best practices.
  • Work with customers to understand their workflow, pain points, and priorities, showcasing tailored solutions.
  • Drive initial product utilization and revenue by ensuring there are no implementation delays.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in customer success, activation, implementations, or sales experience in a B2B organization
  • Experience managing enterprise customer relationships with numerous stakeholders.
  • Experience running complex implementation projects with multiple workstreams, leveraging exceptional project management and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct deep discovery to understand true needs, and manage customer expectations and potential concerns.
  • Proven track record of ability to work with technical counterparts in Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot, and ideate workarounds as needed
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and/or outperforming key target metrics

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Experience with Accounting Software (e.g. Netsuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and/or Accounting (CPA)
  • Experience implementing a nascent product to Enterprise customers
  • Experience with financial services sales
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
