What you will do

• Leverage internal and external data to create best-in-class credit policies.
• Understand hirify.global’s exposure to risk across multiple products to create holistic underwriting and risk management strategies.
• Investigate and evaluate the efficiency of risk policies, procedures, and processes.
• Analyze market and industry trends and identify potential macroeconomic risk factors.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to execute credit policies and improve operational tooling.
• Partner with finance teams to create and maintain risk-adjusted returns framework, including loss forecasting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit risk management or quantitative strategy role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using SQL or Python for data retrieval and manipulations.
• Experience within consumer/corporate/small business cards, payments, lending, or related industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
