What you will do

  • Build, manage, and grow VAST’s channel ecosystem in China.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners aligned to VAST’s growth strategy.
  • Drive revenue through partner-led sales, ensuring achievement of regional sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong executive relationships with key channel and distribution partners.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners, including pipeline generation, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of channel sales or alliances experience in enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of building and growing partner ecosystems in China.
  • Strong network and relationships with VARs, distributors, and solution providers in the region.
  • Background in storage, data infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise IT solutions.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, able to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
