Salary: $245K - $288K

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Drive new business growth through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Build and refine repeatable sales playbooks and processes that can scale.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Partner with early customers to understand their needs and influence the product roadmap.
  • Actively contribute to scaling the team through recruiting, onboarding, and training new Account Executives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to startups and small businesses, with 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Proven success in managing fast-paced, competitive sales cycles.
  • Experience building or refining sales processes, playbooks, and teams.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and communicate software capabilities.
