Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week in Dublin City Centre office

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale AI agent platforms and orchestration systems.
• Establish the standards and practices that set the bar for safe, scalable AI.
• Build advanced guardrails, caching strategies, and monitoring frameworks to keep systems both fast and trustworthy.
• Develop dynamic prompt engineering systems, optimizations, and workflows that make complex AI behave predictably.
• Experiment with new models and architectures, and bring the ones that matter into production.
• Mentor engineers across AI and ML, lifting the whole team’s game.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML.
• Deep Python experience, plus expertise with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, Crew.ai, or Nemo.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a big plus.
• You know your way around vector databases, similarity search, few-shot learning, and in-context learning.
• Real experience implementing AI guardrails, bias detection, and responsible AI practices.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.
