What you will do

• Support the Sales department by conducting technical product demonstration calls.
• Manage the post-sales cycle and provide technical support to clients through audit reviews.
• Provide detailed technical specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope.
• Analyze current internal technologies to identify and mitigate potential gaps within processes.
• Create and deploy product training webinars.
• Act as a brand ambassador and presenter at conferences, trade shows, and knowledge sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutions.
• Experience within the cybersecurity industry (preferred).
• Strong understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and the sales cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Orlando, FL (In-office)
