What you will do

• Support and develop existing game classes, possibly creating new ones and maintaining balance.
• Write design documentation for various project components.
• Convey design and game vision to other team members.
• Scripting, balancing, and debugging game mechanics according to design.
• Lead features to release and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure adherence to best scripting practices and their development.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and balancing class mechanics for PvP and PvE components.
• Rich gaming experience in MMORPGs and a broad understanding of computer games.
• Willingness to play Allods Online.
• Good understanding of game mechanics.
• Strong technical or mathematical background, or readiness to develop in this area.
• Good technical English for working with scripts.
• Completed higher education.
• Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and work in a team.

Nice to have

• High-level character in Allods Online.
• Experience in programming or scripting.
• Experience with game engines and design work for personal or external projects.
