TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (UX): Crafting intuitive user experiences for complex SaaS and PaaS health products with an accent on balancing form and function across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Focus on integrating AI capabilities thoughtfully and ethically, and reimagine complex data workflows into high-impact designs.

Location: Hybrid model, in-person attendance is required for one week during the year for hirify.global Planning Week. Optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. Ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time.

Salary: $150,000 to $175,000

What you will do

• Define design strategies that make hirify.global’s AI-powered capabilities usable, trusted, and valuable.
• Lead design for advanced workflows in high-scale, data-rich products.
• Own and evolve hirify.global’s design system for consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
• Deliver high-quality designs for responsive web, desktop apps, and native mobile platforms.
• Mentor fellow designers to elevate team craft and impact.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and AI researchers to turn ambiguity into intuitive UX.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience in SaaS or PaaS applications, focused on complex tools for advanced users.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in digital design or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to simplify complex systems for diverse audiences.
• Experience designing and launching across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Expertise in AI-driven features such as conversational UX or intelligent assistants.
• Demonstrated success creating and scaling design systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and activation through UX.
• Experience working in AI-rich, data-intensive environments.
