What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ERP administrators and technical consultants.
• Manage the daily administration of the ERP system, including components like servers, databases, cloud platforms, monitors, gateways etc.
• Plan and execute ERP installations, support packages, kernel upgrades, enhancement packs, and system refreshes.
• Work closely with functional, development, and infrastructure teams to align technical planning with business objectives.
• Enforce and follow ITIL-based change management protocols for all administrating activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands on experience in SAP BASIS module.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role overseeing SAP projects.
• Proven experience in managing full lifecycle SAP implementations (Planning to go-live and support).
• SAP certification is a must, ideally in BASIS, HANA or BTP.
• Prefer certified professional such as TOGAF, PMP or ITIL.
