What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of ERP finance functional consultants and analysts.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions aligned with business and project goals.
• Lead the design and configuration of ERP Finance and Controlling modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ERP configurations.
• Oversee end-to-end FTM process implementation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize finance and controlling processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing SAP projects.
• SAP certification in Finance or Controlling is a must.
• Deep knowledge of SAP finance and controlling processes.
• Experience leading FICO workstreams in SAP projects.
