TL;DR

Location: This position is a hybrid of office/remote working

What you will do

  • Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning.
  • Lead Scrum-of-Scrums and cross-squad syncs to manage dependencies and remove impediments.
  • Maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, and achievement tracking.
  • Coordinate scope control, change management, and RAID logs using Azure DevOps.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, priorities, and communication across all levels.
  • Support testing strategy and ensure adherence to information security, data protection, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Agile delivery/project management within a DevOps environment.
  • Proven experience facilitating SCRUM ceremonies and managing distributed, multicultural teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Dashboards).
  • Familiarity with AWS and Azure environments.
  • Understanding of object-oriented development principles, ability to collaborate effectively in Java and Python contexts.
  • Proficiency in English (Hungarian is a plus).
