What you will do
- Navigate complex account landscapes and leverage data to optimize existing solutions and identify new use cases.
- Anticipate roadblocks and craft win-win solutions that demonstrate the value of hirify.global.
- Drive revenue and business growth using negotiation skills and data-driven insights to secure partnerships.
- Partner with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive long-term success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor with excellent relationship-building skills from C-level to end-users.
Requirements
- 4+ years selling directly into the Enterprise segment, 8+ years’ experience closing business.
- Proven ability to close deals with consistently high quota attainment, particularly within the Enterprise SaaS space.
- Ability to uncover hidden potential within established enterprise accounts, driving exponential growth.
- Ability to cultivate trust and foster long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
