Salary: $160,000 to $180,000 + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hirify.global’s Business organization specializing in hiring for teams such as Advertising Solutions (Sales), Developer Operations, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans that align with hirify.global’s aggressive growth targets.
  • Source and evaluate top-tier sales talent across various segments.
  • Build and manage robust talent pipelines utilizing creative sourcing strategies.
  • Design and implement streamlined hiring processes that accelerate time-to-fill.
  • Provide market insights and talent landscape analysis to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in go-to-market roles, specifically in gaming, ad tech, or consumer digital media.
  • Expert-level understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to create talent mapping frameworks and sourcing playbooks.
  • Experience partnering with senior sales stakeholders to assess hiring needs.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools including ATS and sourcing tools.
