What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the Sales organization.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Mentor and support less experienced recruiters and sourcers.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems to track metrics and provide insights.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the development of hiring strategies and best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • 2+ years of sales recruiting experience in a product-based company.
  • Strong experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
