What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach the Engine team
- Assist with recruiting Engine Programmers
- Manage code reviews and documentation
- Debug and optimize code for quality and performance
- Maintain and extend the proprietary engine across platforms
- Collaborate with other programming leads
Requirements
- Demonstrable Lead or Management experience
- Extensive experience programming for games
- Excellent C++ skills
- Strong mentoring and coaching ability
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Experience with graphics APIs like DirectX 12 and Vulkan
