What you will do

Lead, mentor, and coach the Engine team
Assist with recruiting Engine Programmers
Manage code reviews and documentation
Debug and optimize code for quality and performance
Maintain and extend the proprietary engine across platforms
Collaborate with other programming leads

Requirements

Demonstrable Lead or Management experience
Extensive experience programming for games
Excellent C++ skills
Strong mentoring and coaching ability
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Experience with graphics APIs like DirectX 12 and Vulkan
