- Define and deliver a clear Federal go-to-market (GTM) strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Increase pipeline velocity and customer base across various Federal sectors.
- Secure new strategic Federal logos annually while expanding the footprint within existing accounts.
- Develop and grow strategic partnerships to drive scalable deal flow.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in Federal markets.
- Proven experience managing large Federal deals and navigating procurement cycles.
- Strong relationships with stakeholders across Civilian agencies and DoD.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Active Top Secret clearance required.
