What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to build a talent pipeline.
  • Serve as the main contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand.
  • Track recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.
