What you will do

• Lead and mentor an Android development team, fostering a strong culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Drive architectural design and development of complex features, ensuring clean, scalable, and high-quality code.
• Oversee the full Android development cycle, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps, BI Engineers, and business teams to execute the product roadmap.
• Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and priorities to meet product milestones on time.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience building Android apps with Kotlin.
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading Android developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design principles.
• Familiarity with Google's design principles and interface guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with multithreading, mobile memory management, and working with RESTful APIs.
• Solid grasp of Jetpack components like ViewModel, Room, Coroutines, and WorkManager.
• Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

Nice to have

• Experience with system apps.
• Working experience with Dependency Injection.
• Experience with testing frameworks and best practices.
