TL;DR
UX Designer (Gamedev): Deepening understanding of player needs and crafting intuitive, entertaining, and accessible experiences for Merge Mansion with an accent on user research, interaction design, and information architecture. Focus on identifying user needs, creating and validating wireframes, and ensuring design solutions are well-communicated and feasible.
Location: Helsinki, Finland & Berlin, Germany. Relocating to Finland or Germany expected, full support provided.

What you will do
- Executing strategic design vision, focusing on the overall user and player experience.
- Designing intuitive, entertaining, efficient, and accessible user experiences for a casual game audience.
- Developing personas, game flow, and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a UX Designer in the game industry, ideally with a focus on mobile games.
- Proficiency in UX design tools for wireframing and prototyping, such as Figma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex user needs.
- Experience in user research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
- Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles.
- Ability to design in alignment with project objectives and user requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unity is a plus.
