What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to price and develop compelling proposals for very large corporate clients and public institutions
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, delivering expert insights that build confidence in our solutions
• Design delightful insurance products meeting both member needs and regulatory requirements
• Support key account managers in nurturing and renewing our most strategic client relationships
• Develop scalable tools, frameworks, and knowledge resources that empower further our sales teams

Requirements

• Fluent in both French and English
• 2 years of experience in Health and/or 'Prevoyance' Insurance are a big plus but are not required
• Analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
