What you will do

• Interact with customers via email, phone, and video conference to manage renewals.
• Coordinate customer deliverables across sales, customer success, finance, and partner teams.
• Develop various product renewal order forms (single, multiple, co-termed).
• Update and manage key information and reporting within Salesforce.
• Track progress using dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
• Understand key metrics like NPS and Net Retention to inform strategies.
• Position the value and benefits of hirify.global's software to demonstrate ROI to clients.
