• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
• Oversee the implementation, unit testing, integration testing, and support of software applications and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in software development.
• 8–12 years of experience in web application development.
• Hands-on experience with Java EE/Spring, React, JavaScript, HTML, JQuery, AJAX, XML, JSON, and PL/SQL.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Experience building and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
