Business Analyst

What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, risks, expectations, and requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops and document outcomes, business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain BRDs, FRSs, process flows, and data models.
• Support Product Owners and Agile/Scrum ceremonies while working closely with development teams throughout delivery.
• Prepare user manuals, support user training, and convert user and stakeholder feedback into practical improvements.
• Help junior Business Analysts develop their analysis and documentation skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong English communication skills and Vietnamese language skills.
• Experience writing business and functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and business models.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile and Scrum teams and managing stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good understanding of system architecture, databases, and software development.
• Experience collaborating with developers and other technical specialists.
• Confidence leading workshops and facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders, with a clear and structured communication style.
• Ability to explain complex topics simply and follow requirements from discovery through delivery with a collaborative, accountable approach.
