Senior QA Automation Engineer - Front-End Testing

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Execute automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and report issues identified during testing.
• Collaborate with development and Agile delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to test planning, defect analysis, code reviews, and continuous improvements to automation practices and testing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in QA or software testing, including strong front-end test automation experience.
• Strong understanding of test automation principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright.
• Strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript.
• Experience testing large-scale, responsive web applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, organisational, teamwork, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile application testing or API testing.
• ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Test Automation Engineer, ISTQB Agile Tester, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
