2027 Summer Analyst, Graphic Designer (Creative Services) (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Produce marketing presentations, event collateral, signage, HR communications, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
• Contribute ideas and support brainstorming for visual concepts and creative direction.
• Research imagery, design references, and market information to support creative projects.
• Maintain digital platforms and ensure consistency and accuracy across design assets.
• Provide creative support across corporate communications and Creative Services initiatives.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate junior or senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
• Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or a closely hirify.global field.
• Portfolio required, showcasing original academic or professional design work; applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration, adaptability, communication, and time management skills.
• Initiative and a proactive approach to problem solving in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Figma and basic HTML/CSS.
