Email Gaming Specialist (iGaming)

Location: San Pedro Sula or Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Hybrid work; office attendance is required on Mondays and Tuesdays during the first 60 days.

Work schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM; Thursday–Monday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; or Thursday–Monday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Training runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

What you will do

• Provide friendly, positive customer support through email and ticket-based channels.
• Resolve customer problems using troubleshooting, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
• Track recurring pain points and customer feature requests.
• Analyze recurring issues and prepare insight reports for partners.
• Work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English at C2 level.
• Strong troubleshooting, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with web technologies, computers, and smartphones.
• Background in customer service support for technology companies.
• Experience providing technical support, including bug fixes and access-related issues.
• Entry-level candidates are considered, and relevant tools or knowledge can be taught.
