Game Delivery Specialist (iLottery)

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

hirify.global is hiring for an iLottery gaming studio.

What you will do

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to gather, clarify, and document customer-specific game specifications.
• Convert requirements into actionable Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, QA specialists, designers, and delivery stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation, track user-story progress, and support timely game delivery.
• Help QA validate delivered games and identify gaps or issues against customer requirements.
• Suggest and implement improvements to requirements capture, user-story development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related role such as Product Owner, Delivery Specialist, or Business Analyst in the gaming, software, or iLottery industry.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms for managing user stories and tracking progress.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
