Talent Acquisition Assistant (Part-time)

Location: Hybrid, based in Kyiv, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, or Kharkiv, Ukraine, according to the successful candidate’s location; possible travel to other locations in Ukraine.

What you will do

• Support selected recruitment stages and the Talent Acquisition team’s daily activities.
• Manage selected vacancies through the recruitment cycle, from job posting to hiring.
• Coordinate interviews and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support reference checks, ATC checks, and the preparation of personnel and employment documentation.
• Maintain candidate records, vacancy information, and recruitment data in Workday.
• Provide administrative support to ensure timely and efficient recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn new digital tools and systems.
• Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and work accurately with information.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to develop a career in recruitment.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English at Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR.
• Familiarity with HR systems and job boards.
• A degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
