What you will do

• Maintain and enhance long-term forecasts and investment models using growth metrics, products, and strategy updates.
• Prepare investor materials, presentations, financial reporting, data rooms, and due diligence materials with investment advisors.
• Own the corporate development and M&A strategy and align it with organic growth capabilities.
• Conduct global market, competitor, and trend research and build a pipeline of fintech companies for acquisition evaluation or product and banking partnerships.
• Develop strategic insights for executive, banking, product, and commercial stakeholders.
• Build investment cases for acquisition targets, conduct due diligence, and support deal negotiations.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in payments or fintech.
• Understanding of the operating environment and requirements of a fast-growing crypto fintech scale-up.
• Ability to navigate challenges faced by crypto and fintech firms.
• Strong intensity, urgency, initiative, communication, and organisational skills.
• Humble, ambitious, naturally curious, and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in working at the intersection of traditional and crypto financial systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting.
