Digital Copywriter (Crypto)

What you will do

• Create clear, user-friendly Help Center articles and knowledge base entries that translate complex product logic into actionable guidance.
• Develop campaign messaging and persuasive copy for websites, system communications, email campaigns, and UX/UI.
• Edit existing content for consistency with marketing strategy, tone, positioning, editorial standards, and UI guidelines.
• Partner with Product Managers, Project Managers, UX designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to deliver on-brand content for everyday users and experienced traders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, journalism, UX writing, or closely related content roles, including a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• Ability to integrate AI workflows into daily work to optimize delivery performance.
• Strong technical writing skills, especially for Help Center and knowledge base content, with the ability to simplify complex product logic.
• Chinese language proficiency is required, including the ability to read and understand Chinese PRDs and communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Product-oriented and flexible approach, with an understanding of product workflows, logic, and user journeys; able to interpret PRDs and create user-facing content across multiple mediums.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight timelines.
• Strong project, stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills, including task prioritization, handling multiple projects, cross-functional collaboration, and feedback management.

Nice to have

• Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or traditional finance.
• Experience using GenAI tools in writing and content development workflows.
• Experience working in highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
• Portfolio or work samples showing strategic or brand-building concepts across multiple platforms.
• 2+ years of agency or equivalent creative-industry experience across digital, social, and long-form content.
