VIE Market Product Manager - Flanders and Netherlands (Dutch Speaker)

Location: Antwerp, Belgium or Amsterdam, Netherlands; candidates must be located in Belgium or the Netherlands and meet customers or prospects in the field 1–2 days per week in Benelux. Partial remote work is possible.

What you will do

• Represent Netherlands and Belgium market needs and drive functional parity with local competitors.
• Analyze local regulations, legal requirements, deadlines, functional gaps, and competitor landscapes.
• Work with product managers, designers, and developers to define and build market-specific solutions.
• Participate in prospecting, pre-sales discussions, customer onboarding, and customer success activities to gather market feedback.
• Advocate for the local roadmap and secure development capacity.
• Train sales and marketing teams, support market-adapted demos, and identify high-potential partnerships.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Dutch proficiency is required.
• Located in Belgium or the Netherlands and able to meet customers or prospects in the field 1–2 days per week in Benelux.
• At least 2 years of product management experience with a track record of delivering impactful features and products.
• Ability to identify user problems, evaluate solutions, iterate quickly, and integrate user feedback throughout the product process.
• Strong design thinking, strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end ownership skills.
• Ability to work with data, prioritize product and business needs, and translate complex challenges into a long-term product vision.
• Interest in international markets, cultural adaptation, and continuous learning in product craft, domain expertise, and SaaS practices.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping products in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Fluent English.
• Fluent French or other languages.

Hiring process

• Intro call in English lasting 20 minutes.
• Live product exercise lasting 1 hour 30 minutes, followed by a 1-hour experience interview and a 30-minute team interview.
• Final culture-fit call with the CEO; submit a resume and portfolio.
