What you will do
- Provide timely, accurate billing and payment support through channels such as email, Zoom, and Slack.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payment discrepancies, processing errors, and technical issues.
- Collaborate with finance and support teams to improve the payment processing experience.
- Identify areas for improvement in payment workflows.
- Maintain and report on KPIs and provide ad hoc reporting.
- Develop and update knowledge base documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably within SaaS or fintech.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in diagnosing and solving complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Experience handling complex billing situations.
