Agent-Air Export Customer Service

Location: Head Office, Empire Tower, 44th Floor, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Bangkok, Thailand

What you will do

• Receive orders and arrange freight and document pickups.
• Distribute pickup and document instructions to trucking, customs brokerage, and messenger teams.
• Review and verify air export documents and follow established export-handling procedures.
• Manage daily customer service operations, including order follow-ups, report preparation, and customer retention activities.
• Track shipments and communicate discrepancies to local and overseas customers and offices.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, local vendors, and customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and complete company quality-system assignments.

Requirements

• University graduate with preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and within time frames.
• Good communication skills in English are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
