Project Leader I (Pharmaceutical Labeling)

Location: San Gwann, Malta

Salary: €36,800 minimum annually, with potential for a higher initial salary based on skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.

What you will do

• Own, manage, and monitor multiple simple-to-moderate labeling projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project scope summaries, rationales, execution strategies, change plans, and schedules aligned with service-level agreements.
• Coordinate labeling implementation at global manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and facilitate meetings to resolve conflicts and drive projects to completion.
• Monitor project risks, issues, schedule delays, resource constraints, and activity closure throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management or change management.
• Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with local and international stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of project schedules and experience with global cross-functional team meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global environment, pharmaceutical labeling, or regulated industries.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of labeling, translation, change control processes, and data management systems.
• Knowledge of change management systems.
