Flutter Developer

Location: Kyiv; Remote (Ukraine). The role is hybrid and remote-first, with the option to work anywhere in the world or from a corporate hub.

What you will do

• Develop cross-platform applications for the Testora self-discovery app based on user needs.
• Contribute product ideas, features, and improvements.
• Research technical challenges and select scalable architecture aligned with product requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance and memory usage, and ensure a stable user experience.
• Review code, provide feedback, and maintain high code quality.
• Participate in Agile planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives while keeping current with mobile development trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Android development experience and 3+ years of Flutter/Dart development for iOS and Android.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, Clean Architecture, and scalability.
• Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of software design, testing, and maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, and multithreading.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Swift or Objective-C for native iOS modules in Flutter.
• Experience creating custom views and conducting UI testing.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and Jira.
